Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
ONHLD offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
What is your return policy?
At ONHLD, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any items not marked as 'Final Sale'.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I start a return or an exchange?
Please visit our Returns Portal to process your return or request an exchange.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it is confirmed. This also means we can’t change the address stated on the order or the product(s). You can choose not to receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us, or you can use our return service. You are also welcome to contact us for advice on your order.
Discount & PROMO CODES
How can I use a promo code?
At checkout, you will be able to enter your promo code. When you click "Apply" it will be added to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue a promo code in the event that your original order is returned to us.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
OTHER
Customers & Taxes
For shipments outside the USA, local authorities may apply import duties, taxes or duties. These amounts are not included in the order price or shipping costs.
If your order is subject to customs costs, you will receive the notification directly from the customs authority or the carrier. These amounts must be paid by you so that the order can be delivered. If customs requests additional documentation or requires a specific procedure, it will be necessary to manage it directly in the destination country.
