These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any purchase you make with us, whether through our website (www.onhld.com) or any other channel where ONHLD products are sold directly by us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. USING OUR WEBSITE

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid email address, and provide a delivery address in one of our available shipping destinations. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is true, current, and complete. Orders placed for commercial resale purposes are strictly prohibited.

All content on this site — including photography, copy, designs, logos, and the ONHLD name and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ONHLD and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing contained on this site grants, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trademarks or content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. ONHLD does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your access to and use of any linked sites is at your own risk.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including colors, textures, fit, and sizing. The following limitations apply:

• Colors may vary depending on your device's display settings. We cannot guarantee an exact color match between what you see online and the product you receive.

• We work with lightweight, fluid, natural fabrics. Subtle variations in texture, drape, and hand-feel are inherent characteristics of these materials and do not constitute defects.

• Measurements and sizing are provided as a guide only. Actual dimensions may vary slightly due to fabric properties and production.

• All prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

If you receive something that doesn't feel right, our returns process is straightforward — see Section 6 below.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you click "Place Order," you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the selected items. An automated order confirmation will be sent to your email address upon receipt of your order; this confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

A binding contract between you and ONHLD is formed only upon our issuance of a shipping confirmation. ONHLD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time and without prior notice — including, without limitation, in cases of pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or orders intended for commercial resale. In the event we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is charged at the time you place your order.

By entering into a transaction, you represent and warrant that: (i) all payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are the authorized holder of the payment method used; and (iii) the transaction is authorized. All transactions are processed in USD. If your account is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees; such fees are outside of our control and are your sole responsibility.

ONHLD does not store your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor in compliance with applicable PCI-DSS standards.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days from dispatch

• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days from dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. ONHLD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or any event beyond our control. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If your package is confirmed as delivered but has not been received, you are responsible for filing any claims directly with the carrier.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

Return window: 30 days from your delivery date.

Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Restocking fee: A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is waived for exchanges and for items confirmed as defective.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal at www.onhld.com/returns. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ONHLD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at customerservice@onhld.com within 7 days of receipt. Your notice must include your order number and photographic documentation of the defect or damage.

Upon verification, ONHLD will, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund. No restocking fee will apply to confirmed defective items. As noted in Section 2, natural variation in fabric texture, drape, and hand-feel are inherent characteristics of our materials and do not constitute defects.

8. DISCLAIMERS

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. ONHLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make all reasonable efforts to keep information on our site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Your use of our website and any reliance on its content is at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONHLD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ONHLD's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. This limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ONHLD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of our site or services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) any content you submit or transmit through our site. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.

11. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

ONHLD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, governmental action or regulation, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, war, or civil unrest. In such circumstances, ONHLD will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

A. Informal Resolution. ONHLD is available by email at customerservice@onhld.com to address any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our customer service team. Each of you and ONHLD agree to use best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement directly through good-faith negotiation, which shall be a condition precedent to either party initiating arbitration or litigation. If you have a dispute, you agree to first send a written notice to customerservice@onhld.com describing the nature of the claim, the relief sought, and the calculation of any damages. ONHLD will have thirty (30) days from receipt of your notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

B. Binding Arbitration. IF THE PARTIES DO NOT REACH AN AGREED-UPON RESOLUTION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION, THEN ANY REMAINING DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY, OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, OR ANY PURCHASE FROM ONHLD SHALL BE SETTLED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitrator shall apply the laws of the State of Florida and shall have the authority to award any remedy or relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If there is a conflict between AAA Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall govern.

C. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND ONHLD EACH AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR OTHER PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, WHETHER IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable for any reason, then the entirety of the arbitration provision in Section B above shall be null and void.

D. Small Claims. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court's jurisdiction, without first engaging in the informal dispute resolution process described above.

E. Opt-Out. You have the right to opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in Sections B and C above by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to customerservice@onhld.com within thirty (30) days of your first purchase from ONHLD. If you opt out, ONHLD will likewise not be bound by those provisions with respect to your disputes.

F. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any cause of action or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or shall be forever barred.

13. PRIVACY

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.onhld.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order or using our site, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

We may send you transactional and marketing communications electronically. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You agree that electronic communications from ONHLD satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ONHLD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our site or placement of an order following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern that transaction.

15. GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONHLD with respect to your use of our site and your purchases, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. ONHLD may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
