Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging when possible
How to Return:

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

Pack your item securely and drop it off at any UPS location

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Restocking Fee:
A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Items That Don't Qualify:
Items returned without tags, in worn condition, or otherwise not meeting our return criteria will not be refunded and cannot be returned to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free—we cover shipping both ways.
How to Exchange:

Once we receive and confirm your item is in good condition, we'll ship your new size or color at no charge

Sale & Markdown Items
Some sale or markdown items may be marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that's damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly at customerservicet@onhld.com —do not use the returns portal for defective items.
We'll arrange for the return and, after we receive and inspect the piece, we'll issue a full refund with no restocking fee if we confirm the defect.
